    My order hasn't arrived?

    Orders are marked as dispatched the day they enter the postal system.
    Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days however due to the current crisis there are substantial delays with Royal Mail, they are currently stating it can take up to 7-10 business days for all deliveries - this does not include weekends, or bank holidays. Please allow up to the 10 full working days, if your order hasn't arrived within this time then please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

    Please check that you have entered the correct address for delivery as the address used is automatically taken from Etsy, so it will be sent to the address that has been entered.

    **Royal Mail do not consider mail missing until 10 working days have passed.

    Why hasn't my order been dispatched yet?

    For reclaimed items i.e. coat hooks, door stops etc the processing time is 3-5 working days.

    Burners will be posted the day after the order has been placed.

    All furniture can take anywhere between 6-12 weeks. You will be contacted by us once your furniture has been completed, then a courier will contact you to arrange delivery. We do not arrange delivery once the item has been completed, that is down to the courier.

    I need my order by a certain date.

    As the majority of our items are made to order, it is not possible to ship them immediately as this process takes time, however if you would like to order something for a specific date please contact us before ordering and we will be able to let you know if this is possible.

    The tracking doesn't work on my order?

    The tracking information attached to your order is one that is generated by Etsy and Royal Mail as proof of postage. The service we use for, burners, and our reclaimed items is not trackable.

    Do you gift wrap?

    Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we unfortunately cannot offer a gift wrapping service. Etsy generates a gift message option which is then printed off with the order, we are unable to customize any messages; for example, style, photos etc.

    Working Hours

    As we're a husband and wife team we only operate from Tuesday to Friday, 9am-4pm. Any messages received after 5pm will not be answered until the following day. Messages received during the weekend will not be answered until Monday morning.

    CAST IRON CARE

    All our Antique Iron Products are submitted to a five-stage Hand Finishing Process.

    For authenticity, our Products are NOT lacquered. There is a maintenance wax applied for basic moisture protection and we would advise a wipe with a clean cloth before use or applying your own finish.

    Our Antique Iron products may show light surface Rust if exposed to damp environments. You can negate this by rubbing some wax or shoe polish on the iron or even paint them. If a protective wax hasn't been applied and rust occurs this can be easily removed by using light oil (such as WD40) and a fine grade wire wool. Many of our Products will age naturally and develop their own Patina over time.

    International Orders

    Standard shipping usually takes 7-10 business days however due to the current crisis there are substantial delays with Royal Mail. Please allow up to the 25 business days, if your order hasn't arrived within this time then please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. Standard Shipping does NOT have a tracking number.

    Change of Mind Furniture Returns

    We can accept returns for furniture if you have changed your mind, please get in touch. please see below our policy details.

    Returns must be;
    -Made by a professional furniture only courier
    -Reported within 14 days of delivery
    -Returned in the same condition as the item was delivered
    -Returned within 14 days of letting us know.
    -Organised and paid for by the buyer.
    -Courier to communicate delivery date and time via relovednorfolk@gmail.com
    -Sufficient packaging eg. bubblewrap or furniture blankets must be used.

    Once returned we'll process a refund within 14 days with the following deductions;
    -The original courier and packaging costs will be deducted.
    -If damaged, a repair cost may be deducted.
